Shipping policy

PROCESSING

Depending on the method of payment, processing can take 24-48 hours. Pay over time options may take 48-72 hours to process completely. 

 

SHIPPING

jessRAW uses UPS to ship orders. Shipping usually happens right after the payment processes. Shipping from UPS generally takes 2 to 10 days, depending on the destination. A tracking number will be updated to your order once shipped. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.  In the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged you will need to get in contact with UPS to file a claim. *Route insurance is available to purchase at checkout and will fully insure your package if you decide to purchase.

You will be responsible for additional shipping costs if you put the wrong address.

At the moment we only ship within the United States.
