REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
REFUNDS
If there has been an error on the part of jessRAW Beauty, we will provide a refund on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not offer a refund on styling tools, cleansing and styling products, and opened or used products or extensions.
Outside of our error, all sales are final, and there are no refunds.
DO NOT remove the zip ties from the hair. If zip ties are removed, all refunds will be void and not accepted.
Coloring, chemical alterations, or any modifications will make all guarantees null and void. We cannot accept back any hair that has been installed, colored, washed, brushed, bleached, dyed, combed, or cut.
Inspect the hair WITHOUT unwrapping or running fingers through the bundles to ensure the product is to your satisfaction. If you are unsure, please show your stylist. If it is determined that jessRAW is at fault, we will refund at no additional cost to the customer.
Email your exchange request and then mail your unwanted products to jessRAW in the original packaging, in resell-able condition, with a copy of your written refund request.
EXCHANGES
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the confirmation number or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like standard jessRAW Beauty products or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Promotions
Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept returns/exchanges on promotional items, sale items or gift cards.
